How are preliminary
applications collected?
When you add an event, a dedicated page for your event will appear, where you can add the information participants need.
On this page a participant can review the terms of participation and submit an application, providing the data you need.
Applications will appear on a special page where you can accept or reject them, forming the start list of participants.
The site will notify you of every new application by email, and each participant will receive a letter when you confirm their participation and when you post an important announcement on the event page.
At any time you can export all participant data in Excel format.
How are entry fees collected?
In the event settings you can specify the cost for each application category.
At your choice, participants can submit applications only together with payment, or pay only after your confirmation.
We offer 9 different payment methods – from a bank card to mobile shops. A participant can choose a convenient method on a secure payment gateway. In the application list you will see when a participant has paid the entry fee.
Our site will calculate the approximate expected and actual budget for all applications.
At any time you can withdraw the funds collected for events from "Sport vokrug." to your bank account.
Prices for collecting entry fees
The "Sport vokrug." fee is 1%, but no less than 30₽ per accepted application.
The payment system fee is 3% and is entirely the payer's fee.
Participants may pay part of the fee on top of the entry fee. Let us know your decision and we will distribute the percentage.
